Test Purchasing Service
As a retailer selling age restricted products to the wrong person will put your business at risk. As you can see from the real headlines above not only could it be a costly exercise it could also be fatal for your business. If you fail a test purchase by the Police or Local Authority you could lose your licence to sell alcohol.
The best way to defend yourself, your staff and your business is to ensure that all of your staff are trained in their roles and responsibilities concerning the service of alcohol.
But once training is complete how can you ensure that staff will implement what they have learned?
Using the Innpacked Test Purchase service to independently test your servers and show that you as a retailer are taking this issue seriously. Our service is transparent and effective. You get real results on attempted under age sales which we will carry out. We will provide you with a full report on the purchase including not only the results but how the customer was treated.
We use fully trained boys and girls aged 18 – 21 to test purchase. Like the police and trading standards we don’t go out of our way to make it obvious with childlike youngsters. Our purchasers are just normal young men and women who have been trained by us to know what to observe and how to complete accurate reports.
